How the model works

Enroll More is designed around a FERPA-aware school-official model for a narrow outsourced function the school would otherwise perform internally.

The school defines the purpose, approved data elements, access boundaries, and closeout expectations. Enroll More works inside that structure.

What Enroll More does not do

  • No AI training on school-provided data
  • No generalized commercial datasets
  • No student-data marketing use
  • No broad data requests unrelated to project scope

  • Named personnel only
  • Least-privilege access wherever feasible
  • No unmanaged personal-device storage

02. Exchange

  • Secure transfer methods such as Box or another approved environment
  • No ordinary student-file email attachments as the default workflow
  • School-directed intake and handoff

03. Closeout

  • Return or deletion timing set by the agreement
  • Written deletion confirmation available if requested
  • Designed for project work, not indefinite vendor storage

Security position

Enroll More prefers established third-party platforms with documented security programs and independent compliance attestations, including SOC reports where applicable.

The operating model is designed around controlled access, secure exchange, and clear closeout expectations for project-based school data work.
